Cris Kimbrough, Ph.D., PMP, is Greystar’s Senior Director of Smart Building Technology, providing guidance on technology to clients and the Greystar team.

Dr. Kimbrough has 14 years of experience in the technology infrastructure industry. After starting her career in telecommunications in regulatory compliance, she moved into a program management role for a nationwide site acquisition services company. Upon joining the largest commercial real estate services firm, Dr. Kimbrough transitioned to a focus on in-building cellular solutions, building a program to provide technology to properties across the US. As part of her role, she was frequently asked to speak to trade organizations and became one of the most sought-after speakers in the telecommunications industry. Subsequently, she helped found a building technology consultancy practice with the firm, working with large REITs to develop technology strategies for both commercial and multi-family properties nationwide.

Dr. Kimbrough joined Greystar to provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership on building technology for Greystar’s managed properties.
