Jeffrey Zwick & Associates P.C. facilitates Sale of Calko Medical Center in Brooklyn for $81.5 Million.

The Firm represented the sponsor on the development and lease up of the facility, anchored by Maimonides Medical Center and worked with the sponsor team on the disposition to a fund focused on medical facilities.

Jeffrey Zwick and Associates, P.C., represents investors in $110 million purchase of a multi building Hudson County, New Jersey real estate portfolio.

The Firm represented retail and institutional investors in this complex transaction which saw the seller maintaining a piece of the purchasing entity. Financing in the amount of $85,000,000 was provided by Signature Bank.

Jeffrey Zwick & Associates, P.C., advises Israeli Trustee in connection with $65 Million Bond Issuance by Foreign Holding Company.

The Firm has worked with this trustee on previous occasions, representing, guiding, and advising the trustee on the complex New York State mortgage laws. The property was a New York City asset where bond proceeds on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange were issued to be further secured by a lien on the New York asset.
