Adam Kaufman is a Co-Founder and the COO of ArborCrowd. In this role, he oversees ArborCrowd’s corporate growth strategy.
By leveraging his knowledge of real estate and his earlier work experience at one of the country’s leading digital marketing and technology companies, Adam established ArborCrowd to provide investors with an unprecedented opportunity to co-invest alongside experts in institutional real estate.
In 2020, Adam was honored as a Rising Star in Real Estate by Crain’s New York Business and a “Best Boss” in commercial real estate by GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum. Prior to that, Adam was named to New York Real Estate Journal’s “Ones to Watch” list for two consecutive years in 2018 and 2019. Additionally, Commercial Property Executive chose Adam as one of its “Stars to Watch” in 2019, and Adam was selected to Commercial Observer’s list of the “Top 25 Debt and Equity Professionals Under 35” in 2018.
He is a Forbes Real Estate Council member and has spoken on a number of industry panels and presented at prestigious institutions, including Columbia University, Harvard University, New York University and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
